FA Wales choose AP Capture and Tag&view

We are pleased to announce (2014) that FA Wales have chosen our AP Capture 16×9 IP Camera Mobile Tripod Solution along with a cohort of Nacsport Tag&view iPad App licences.

Esther Wills and her analyst team previously met us at Cardiff Metropolitan University to take a look at the multiple fixed IP Camera AP Capture setup they have in place there. Esther was able to see how all of the cameras were instantly and smoothly controlled from a central location in the Performance Analysis lab, and we also had a chance to briefly show them the mobile tripod solution in action. We were later invited to Dragon Park to show the mobile tripod solution in more detail and so that Esther and the analyst team could see how easy it was to assemble (see video below), film with the joystick and smooth movement controls, capture a video file and then take down the tripod and components too.

We are really pleased that the team’s use of our solution on this day convinced them to choose AP Capture and we hope they enjoy the experience and new workflows that this will provide.

With workflows in mind, let’s talk about the Nacsport Tag&view iPad app licences! FA Wales currently have over ten Nacsport video analysis software licences in use across different teams and areas within the organisation. In fact, these licences’ Technical Support and Update Service were recently renewed thanks to the positive experiences the users have had so far and will continue to have going forward. The Nacsport Tag&view iPad app licences will work perfectly with the existing Nacsport licences, but also with the organisation’s other timeline video analysis software due to the capability of exporting an XML file for a database created in Tag&view. The app allows the users to create a category template (or import one from Nacsport) so that they can easily analyse an event against a time clock, then later sync this data up with a video file to review the timeline and matrix data.

We want to thank FA Wales for their ongoing trust in our range of products and services, and we look forward to continually working closely with the team.
